BMW 6 Series Coupé (2012) - now in the UK
The 2012 BMW 6 Series Coupe bowed in ahead of the Shanghai Motor Show back in March, and it finally arrives in the UK next week (15th October). Ahead of the arrival of BMW’s big coupe in UK showrooms, BMW has sent us a huge gallery of 6-Series photos together with price and model details specific to the UK. Three engines will be on offer in the 6-Series Coupe – at least until BMW get round to the new M6 Coupe – with two petrol engines and one diesel engine offered, although BMW expect a full 90 per cent of all 6-series coupes sold in the UK to be specified with the 3.0 litre diesel.
In 1987, Chrysler purchased the bankrupt Italian carmaker Lamborghini to add an exotic brand to its portfolio. RURAL MOTORISTS are beginning to feel petrol price pressure at the pumps again, according to the AA. Average UK petrol prices went back above 130p a litre at the end of April and continue to hover around that level. But the AA said that a war in which supermarkets have pitted vouchers against rock-bottom pump prices means the cheapest petrol in many big towns and cities is at year-lows of just under 126p.
